These are the AIgent for Real Estate Professionals Industry Terms supplement, and are incorporated into, 1QR's Terms and Conditions (Section 2.4) with respect to Member's use of AIgent configured for the real estate industry.

1. Property Information

AIgent's responses regarding a Member's listed properties are generated based on information made available by or on behalf of Member and are provided for general informational purposes only. AI Output does not constitute an offer, a binding representation of property terms, availability, or pricing, or professional real estate advice, and is not a substitute for direct communication with Member. Member remains solely responsible for the accuracy of any property information made available to or generated through AIgent.

2. Fair Housing Compliance

Member is solely responsible for ensuring Member's use of AIgent complies with the Fair Housing Act and applicable state and local fair housing laws, including prohibitions on discriminatory statements or steering based on protected characteristics. 1QR does not review AI Output for accuracy or fair housing compliance prior to delivery, and AI Output is provided subject to the Warranty Disclaimer (Section 9) and Limitations (Section 10) of 1QR's Terms and Conditions.
